Operations and maintenance - the foundation for stable IT

Continuous availability requires ongoing operation and maintenance.

With a service and repair agreement, you get a full overview of the fixed costs for maintenance and support of your IT solutions.

The agreement ensures that the systems are always up to date and well-functioning, while providing extra security against unexpected costs should problems arise.

The agreement can cover your entire IT environment or just selected parts and is always customized to your specific needs. And when help is needed, we're just a call away.

Service agreement

A service agreement describes the specific tasks and conditions we provide for a fixed monthly payment that reflects the content and size of the agreement.

The price is usually determined based on elements such as the number of servers, users and other factors that are considered to affect the need for support and operational management.

 

If errors or crashes occur that require hardware or software replacement, this will be invoiced separately. However, it is possible to extend the agreement to include repairs and replacement equipment costs.

 

The agreement typically runs for 12 months and can be terminated with three months' notice.

Other options:

  • Clip card: Option to purchase 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 hours for service and support. The more hours, the lower the hourly rate.

  • Recurring billing: Customers without an agreement can get help where time is billed per hour started.
