Service agreement
A service agreement defines the services and terms we provide for a fixed monthly fee that is customized to the scope of the agreement.
The price is typically calculated based on factors such as number of servers, users and other factors that affect the need for service and support.
In the event of a breakdown where replacement hardware or software is required, this will be invoiced separately. However, the agreement can be extended to include repair to cover the cost of replacement equipment.
The service agreement is generally renewed annually and can be terminated with three months' notice.
Alternative solutions:

Clip cards: Customers can choose clip cards with 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 hours. The more hours, the lower the hourly rate.

Ad hoc support: Customers without an agreement are billed by the hour.
