Anyone who works with a computer knows the challenges that can arise when navigating the many features that programs and apps offer.

The total MS Office 365 package alone contains more than 20,000 features - but most people only need a fraction of them. However, knowing the features that make everyday life easier and tasks faster can be a big help.

 

This is where we come in. We know both MS Office 365 and many of the other apps you work with - and we're happy to share our knowledge with you.

 

So don't hesitate to ask - we'll help you when you need it.

Service agreement

A service agreement defines the specific tasks and conditions we provide for a fixed monthly payment that is customized to the content and scope of the agreement.

 

The price is usually calculated based on factors such as number of users, servers and other elements that can influence the time spent on support and maintenance.

 

If errors or breakdowns occur where spare parts, hardware or software are needed, this will be invoiced separately. However, the agreement can be extended to include repair and replacement equipment costs.

 

A service agreement generally runs for one year and can be terminated with three months' notice.

 

Other options:

  • Clip card: You can choose a clip card with 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 hours. The larger the voucher, the lower the hourly rate.

  • Hourly billing: If you don't want a contract, you can get support and service on a regular hourly rate.
