Service agreement

A service agreement defines the services and conditions we provide for a fixed monthly fee that is customized to the content and scope of the agreement.

Costs are typically determined based on the number of users, servers and other factors that can affect the expected need for operational help and support.

If a breakdown occurs and hardware or software replacement is required, this will be invoiced separately. However, the agreement can be extended to cover repairs and replacement equipment costs.

 

A service agreement usually runs for one year at a time and can be terminated with three months' notice.

Alternative models:

  • Clip card: Option to purchase 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 hours for support and service. The larger the voucher, the lower the price per hour.

  • Hourly support: Customers without an agreement can get help where the work is billed according to time spent.
